Optimal Level is proud to announce the January 2008 launching of its new blog. OptimalLevelMembers.com for the business and professional women’s community.  Optimal Level, offering facilitated and focused advisory board meetings to take its members to a higher level of success, is now transitioning its blog from members-only to a public blog.

The new blog will address the concerns, challenges, ideas, and issues for business and professional women interested in creative problem solving and collaborative support.  Among the new features are the following:
  • Her Journey to Her Optimal Level – a blog written by an unusually successful Chicago area business or professional women who overcame obstacles, faced challenges head on, who dealt with work and home demands, climbed to a place of influence, and took her own path to success.  She will offer tips and describe her path to success.  Our January guest blogger is Nancy Sharp, President or Food For Thought.  Nancy’s company was #25 on Crain’s List of Largest Women-Owned Firms.  Her blog is informative and inspirational.  Optimal Level is honored to have her as our first special guest blogger.
  • Featured Member of the Month - A feature about the women of Optimal Level; their stories, successes, challenges, and opportunities.  Our first member to be featured is Irene Rozansky, the founder and CEO of R&A Crisis Management Services. Irene is an international speaker, consultant and author with an extensive background in business resiliency, project management and organizational change and communications.    For the past 20 years, Irene has assisted organizations prepare for, mitigate, and successfully avoid or recover from all types of critical incidents.
  • A monthly blog written by Optimal Level President and Founder of Optimal Level, Linda McCabe.  Linda is a facilitator and business strategist with over twenty-five years in leadership and proven success in business development, sales and mentoring.  Her first blog entitled, “Please, Just Say It” refers to Mitch Albom’s book, “For One More Day” and the concept described on the Oprah Winfrey show about what one would want to say if given the opportunity to spend one more day with someone who has died.
  • Member blogs and comments – This blog site offers the Optimal Level members a chance to express their thoughts about their experiences starting or running businesses or about their careers, the wonders and complications, obstacles and thrills, as well as questions or suggestions relating to work and their lives in general.  This site will be the place to go for all business and professional women to find answers and share their thoughts and ideas.
