I am especially excited about this organization because of the power it

skill development, family and more.

"Pamper Yourself" Day with Optimal Level

It will be a
day of games, friendly conversation, comfy clothes, slippers, laughs,
and a heavenly escape. Sound divine? It is! Everyday life, planning
and doing for the holidays, snow and freezing weather, insane traffic,
getting new sales, caring for existing clients, finishing the proposal,
pleasing everybody, balancing everything on your to-do list, running to
this appointment and that appointment, networking burnout, guilt
because you’ve already blown a resolution – leave it all behind!
Come luxuriate, relax, and have fun! Bring a friend and have your
friends bring a friend! It’s an open party for all Optimal Level
friends.

Just come and hang out with us! If you're interested in a yoga class
or steam room, special arrangements have been made just for us! The
cost will be $15, which includes a robe, slippers and towels. The
private yoga class will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. if a minimum of 10
people are interested. The steam can be taken at any time. Or you can
take advantage of any of the other services (at member rates). See
some of what the spa offers below.
